Ken Kersch's Conservatives and the Constitution: A Law & Liberty Symposium

Ken I. Kersch’s important new book, Conservatives and the Constitution, offers an assessment of the various strands of conservative constitutional thought in the 20th century. It recounts the debates that helped shape the narrative of conservative constitutionalism. The essays in this symposium are drawn from a panel discussion held at Pomona College on November 15, 2019 and sponsored by Claremont McKenna College’s Henry Salvatori Center’s Lofgren Program in American Constitutionalism.
