Professor Christopher Serkin is Professor of Law at Brooklyn School of Law. Professor Serkin's scholarship focuses particularly on issues relating to Local Governments, Eminent Domain, and the Takings Clause. He is the co-editor of a leading Land Use casebook, and his publications have appeared in the Chicago Law Review, Columbia Law Review, New York University Law Review, Notre Dame Law Review, Northwestern University Law Review, and others.
