Elena Leontjeva, who holds degrees in economics and mathematics from Vilnius University, is chairman of the board of the Lithuanian Free Market Institute. She has most recently led multidisciplinary research on the phenomenon of scarcity and lack, and has produced a documentary on this subject called Sublime Thirst.
