Matthew Kroenig, an associate professor of government at Georgetown University and a senior fellow of the Atlantic Council, served in the administration of George W. Bush. He is the author of A Time to Attack: The Looming Iranian Nuclear Threat (2014) and, most recently, The Logic of American Nuclear Strategy: Why Strategic Superiority Matters (2018).
