Todd Estes is Associate Professor of History and has taught at Oakland since 1995. Estes is the author of the book The Jay Treaty Debate, Public Opinion, and the Evolution of Early American Political Culture (2006; paperback 2008). Currently, he is working on a book about the debate over ratification of the U.S. Constitution in 1787-1788.
